Recognize that some words and phrases have literal and non-literal meanings. Use prefixes, suffixes, and context to determine meaning of words. Math – Continue to solve addition problems for 2-digits by 1 digit with regrouping. Identify, classify, and compose two-dimensional shapes and three-dimensional solids with given properties or attributes. Classify and sort polygons with 12 or fewer sides according to attributes. Social Studies- Identify historical figures who exhibit inventiveness and individualism. Recognize learning about government issues and voting are characteristics of good citizenship.
