That the 802 SEC may enter into contracts for
accommodations and services and may collect and disperse
funds for an 802.3ah interim meeting at the Fairmont Hotel
Vancouver, Vancouver, BC in January, 2003 subject to the
unanimous agreement by the SEC Chair, Executive
Secretary and Treasurer that such contracts do not expose
802 to unreasonable or unnecessary liability and that the
budget for the meeting is net income positive.
