1. Department Mission, Vision, Core Values
2. Organizational Chart /List Staff Members
3. Overview of signature accomplishments for the year
4. Provide a review of the goals for the past year, and their status.
5. Discussion of how goals/accomplishments advance the strategic plan of FAU.
6. Relevant data that demonstrates goal/accomplishment and the advancement of the strategic plan
7. Goals for the next year
8. Budget summary that shows support for those identified goals.
9. Assessment Update (Provide outcomes/tools/data results)
10. Contributions within the department to University, Divisional, and Professional committee,
initiatives, and projects
11. Executive Summary – A brief 1-2 page synopsis of the major accomplishments, goals achieved,
major challenges, and goals for the next year, that would be emailed, summarized on a web page,
or presented in a speech.
NOTE:
The document should be black & white, times roman, with 12 front.
