To secure expert input on the issue of trafficking in armed conflict in order to strengthen the capacity of the Special Rapporteur to make a substantial, rights-based contribution to understanding of this phenomenon and effective responses. 2. To examine and review the draft recommendations contained in that paper in order to ensure their relevance, usefulness and completeness. (ii) What partnerships / strategies could be pursued?
