Criteria for evaluating opportunities for using the living space

A IDPs living within the sites that are privately owned and the owner is carrying out lawful procedure
related to freeing the site from the IDPs

B Living conditions are particularly harsh and do not comply with minimal living conditions IDP

building, dug-out etc.)
C IDPs that are living in living spaces under their legitimate possession (former IDP collective centres)

that in the state or municipality’s interests represent sites of particular importance; this interest has to
be clearly and publicly reflected by the municipality (if the municipality is the owner) or other
public authority holding the building concerned.
