Authors’ names are below the title in 12-point boldface. Mark affiliations using superscripted letters (a, b, c,
etc.). Underline the presenting author’s name and asterisk (*) the corresponding author’s name. The
affiliations and E-mail address are italicized in 10-point. The affiliations are given as department and
institution names with city, zip code and country.
The main text should be written in 11-point. You can directly use this template without changing the format.
Please fit the abstract to 1 page of ISO A4 sized (210 mm x 297 mm) paper, single-sided with a top margin
of 25 mm and side and bottom margins of 20 mm. Use of Times New Roman font (or equivalent) is strongly
recommended.
Captions of Tables and Figures are given in 9-point with one line spacing from the text body (see below).
All bibliographical references1 are indicated in 9-point in the order that they appear with superscripted
numbers (1, 2, 3, etc.) in the text, and listed at the end of the abstract. Examples are shown below.

Convert your Word file to PDF file and submit the PDF file on the website of FACC-2016. To avoid garbled
printout, all the fonts should be embedded in the PDF file, which can be checked in the property of document.
The simplest way of embedding fonts is to select "High Quality" in property when you make a PDF file.
Please note that the final pdf file that is to be uploaded should not exceed the size limit of 2 MB. The
deadline of submission is March 15, 2016.
