Coordinator. Also acts as an Advisor and Consultant on Disability and accessibility issues for
the Municipality.

SHORT RESUME
JAIME EULOGIO HUERTA PERALTA is a retired Officer of the Peruvian Air Force,
graduated as an Architect from the University Ricardo Palma, with a Second Major in
Systems Engineering from the University of Lima. He is also Master in Business
Administration with specialization in Management of Financial Development Institutions at
the ESAN University and PhD Candidate in Political Science and International Relations at
the Ricardo Palma University.
He has been a Professor at the University of Lima and the University of San Martín de Porres.
Is a Consultant on architecture, disability and accessibility issues, and for the government
institutions and NGOs, as well as Speaker at international and national events on topics of his
professional specialties.
Activist for the Rights of the People with Disabilities, is the author of numerous publications
on Accessibility, Disability and Design.
He has held various positions, in Management and Consulting at Public and Private
Institutions. He currently serves as Trust Officer at municipality of San Isidro, since 2004, as
Deputy Manager of Registration and Tax Control, Before he has held the positions of Deputy
Manager of Integral Cadastre, Authorization and Urban Control, Systems Manager and
Project Coordinator. His acting as an Advisor and Consultant on Disability and accessibility
issues, was fundamental for making the Municipality of San Isidro received in 2008, the
Accesibility Award for Iberoamerican Municipalities.
Due to a car accident, is a wheelchair user since 1987.
