ruling by a Presov court that segregating Roma children into separate classes
contravenes the Anti-discrimination act and to ensure that the admission of Roma
children to mainstream schools is the norm and not the exception?

What steps are being taken to reduce delays in the judicial system and to ensure that
court cases are dealt with in a timely manner?

What awareness-raising activities is Slovakia undertaking to prevent cross-border
trafficking in persons and to reduce the number of trafficking victims?

Is Slovakia considering expressly forbidding the construction of the so-called Romawalls meant to segregate Roma neighborhoods within Slovak cities and would such a
measure also call for the dismantling of walls already built?

Besides government action plans and legislation changes, what measures is the
Government of Slovakia taking in order to promote a culture of ethnic inclusion and
tolerance towards minorities among the general population and how is official
education working towards this goal?

What policies and means of support are offered to promote the social and economic
reintegration of victims of human trafficking, particularly women who are victims of
forced sexual trade?
