MOUNT PLEASANT MIDDLE SCHOOL
HOME AND SCHOOL ASSOCIATION
2010-2011
Dear Parents of Incoming Sixth Graders,
MPMS HSA is an association that is a link between home and school. We sponsor a number of activities
during the school year, which are organized and run solely by parent volunteers. For our HSA to be
successful, we need your help and expertise. Listed below are the various committees that are an
important part of the HSA.
If you are interested in volunteering on any of these committees, please complete and return this form to
your elementary school before the last day of school in an envelope labeled MPMS. Or, mail it to 80
Irving Avenue. Forms must be returned by July 15th.
Without parent volunteers, we cannot continue to provide many of the programs that
enhance our children's education. If you have any questions, feel free to call your incoming CoPresidents:
Lucia Ammerata (973) 432-4744 lammerata@msn.com or Amy Dinicola (973) 464-9217
bulldogmax23@msn.com
We thank you for your time and support!!
