From early 2007 to early 2009, all MSAs performed better than Chicago.

However, from Mid-2009 to late-2011, MSAs generally performed less well than Chicago
except for Bloomington-Normal.

After December 2012, all MSAs performed less well than Chicago.

According to the forecast for February 2016, Bloomington, Champaign-Urbana, Peoria,
Springfield and Kankakee are likely to perform less well over this period than Chicago.
All the other MSAs will compare favorably to Chicago.
