I was at a Bloomberg Philanthropies meeting (paid by them) in NYC on 3/23-3/24. It was a meeting to
present learnings and advice from pilot Innovation Delivery Team cities to the 14 new cities that
received awards. As this was related to IDTs, I was there in my official capacity.
