Flexibility- The range of motion in a joint.
Muscular Strength- How much force a muscle can handle
Muscular Endurance- How long a muscle can work
Cardiorespiratory Endurance-
The ability of the heart and lungs to provide oxygen for an
extended amount of time
Body Composition- The ratio of fat mass to fat free mass in the body
*key notes- Fat plays an important role in the body. Without some fat we would lack insulation and
padding. Fat also helps with nerve impulses.
