Students taking Tech Prep approved classes earn both high school and college credit simultaneously. In order to receive college credit students must make a grade of “B” (3.0) or better in their high school Tech Prep classes. Once this is accomplished they have a college transcript at South Puget Sound Community College. Tech Prep also helps students and parents save money o Students pay no tuition for Tech Prep classes o Students do not have to travel to SPSCC o Because students stay on their high school campus they do not pay for college text books, parking or student fees! You may earn up to 43 college credits through your occupational education (CTE) courses at Capital High School!
