PIZZA BUBBLE BREAD
Ingredients:
1 tube refrigerated biscuits (about 10 biscuits)
1 tsp Italian seasoning
¼ tsp garlic powder
1 cup tomato sauce (Save ¼ cup of the sauce
for dipping
1 cup Mozzarella cheese, shredded
¼ cup pepperoni, or ¼ cup vegetables
Salt and Pepper to taste (a pinch)
Directions
PREHEAT OVEN TO 375
1. Cut each biscuit into sixths (6 pieces) using your
kitchen shears
2. Put the biscuit pieces in the silver mixing bowl
3. Stir the Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt and pepper into your
tomato sauce (leave the sauce in the liquid measuring cup)
4. Pour ¾ of your sauce on top of the biscuit pieces and stir using you
rubber spatula until coated.
5. Place a custard cup, right side up in the middle of the glass pie
plate and spray with nonstick cooking spray
6. Arrange dough pieces evenly around the custard cup in the pie
plate.
7. Sprinkle mozzarella cheese on top of the biscuit pieces, and evenly
around the pie plate
8. Use the kitchen shears to cut the pepperoni into fourths and
sprinkle onto the cheese. (You can also sprinkle pieces of
vegetables)
9. Bake for 20 minutes or until bubbly and light golden brown
10. Let cool, serve, and enjoy
