Multiples
A multiple is the result of multiplying a number by an integer (not a
fraction).
Examples:
Multiples of 3:
the first five: 12 is a multiple of 3, because 3 × 4 = 12
-3 is a multiple of 3, because 3 × -1 = -3
the first two: Multiples of 5:
10 is a multiple of 5, because 5 × 2 = 10
But 11 is NOT a multiple of 5
