ELL students will be in Mrs. Rader’s Raider Rally after break to talk and interact with,
the goal is to make them feel welcome and help with their classes
Fluent Spanish speakers would be helpful
We will have scripts to work from with interview type questions
Be conscious of body language
Try putting yourself in their shoes to figure out how they would want to be treated in
their situation
Be patient
They will be grouped together by level of fluency
