World War II 1939-1945 Do you agree or disagree? It is impossible to prevent civilians from getting hurt during war. Both sides should actively protect civilians from harm during war. If civilians work for the war effort, they should not expect to escape attack. Civilians should never be deliberately attacked during war. Causes of World War II 1.
