Interview a leader The purpose of this mini project is to interview someone that has taken on a leadership role in their life. You will ask them a series of questions that you developed. The questions should give you background information on the person and how they became a leader in their life. You will need to type their responses to the questions and also type a reflection on the interview. The reflection will be based on what you learned about the person and what steps they took to be successful and how you can incorporate that into your life. The last part of the mini project is to present the 14 characteristics to the person and ask them which characteristic is the most important in someone’s life.
