Dear Parents,
Welcome to the Kindergarten class of 2016-2017! I am Megan Repola and I will
have the pleasure of teaching your child this year. This is my fourth year at
Catoctin and my sixth year teaching Kindergarten. Kindergarten is a year of
growing socially, emotionally, physically and intellectually. Your involvement,
interest, and enthusiasm will help make this a wonderful year of growth for you and
your child.
Throughout the year I will communicate with you through notes,
newsletters, quarterly reports and parent-teacher conferences. Please feel
free to contact me with any questions, concerns or comments. It is my
belief that a child's success is based on a cooperative parent/teacher
relationship. I look forward to working with you throughout the year.
If your family did not have the opportunity to order school supplies
through the PTA’s SchoolKidz program, please feel free to bring all of your
child’s school supplies the day of Kindergarten Orientation, August 25th.
Place all of the supplies in a bag labeled with your child’s name.
I look forward to meeting you at our Kindergarten Orientation on Thursday
August 25th. Please no siblings, as it will be very crowded.
