as many facts as you know about John Adams.
Today, I will be able to evaluate the presidency of
John Adams. I will also be able to explain the results
of the 1800 Presidential Election.

Judicial Review doesn’t exist yet)



Mr. Jefferson "hated the Constitution," had hated it
from the beginning, and was "pledged to subvert
it."
He (Jefferson) would "tumble the financial system
of the country into ruin at one stroke"; which
would of necessity stop all payments of interest on
the public debt, and bring on "universal
bankruptcy and beggary."
Jefferson's camp accused President Adams of
having a "hideous hermaphroditical character,
which has neither the force and firmness of a man,
nor the gentleness and sensibility of a woman."
