DEADLINE: March 10, 2016
This application is for the laboratory skills introductory course that is coupled with the Bridges Program.
Applicants using this form wish to apply for participation in just the one-week laboratory skills
course and NOT the remainder of the Bridges Program. In this course, students will learn how to plan,
conduct and communicate scientific research. The course will also cover basic laboratory practices, the
scientific method, and students will learn important laboratory and microscopy skills. Food and lodging
(from evening of June 5 until morning of June 11) will be covered by the course and gas money will be
reimbursed.
