POLICY ON THE ADMISSION OF FIRST-TIME FRESHMEN
IN THE SPRING ADMITS SEMESTER (III-8.00)
The Office of Admissions at Salisbury University encourages all first-time students admitted in the
spring semester to enroll full-time (at least 12 credits) at a Maryland community college or at the
University of Maryland University College in courses applicable to their proposed undergraduate degree
program in the fall semester immediately prior to their matriculation.
This encouragement is included in the application acceptance letter sent to all first-time students
admitted in the spring semester.
