How to Create a Personal Query in AiM
Start from the WorkDesk and choose the Menu module where you want to create the Personal Query
Or, choose from a sub menu of the module
Click on the SEARCH icon
Fill in whatever search criteria you want to specify and click on the ADD Personal Query icon
Enter a title for the search that will appear on your WorkDesk, change the options in the WorkDesk box
to Yes for both Query Listing and for Query Count, and click on the green DONE flag icon
Click on the SAVE Personal Query icon
NOTE: If you need to revise your current personal query, click on the Zoom button at the end of the
Status field and add a checkmark to the left of TO SHOP LEAD. [Be sure that the operator is IN, not =]
