Attendance Scheduling Sheet

Be sure that there is at least one member of your group scheduled for each of the times
below. Once you submit this sheet, you are expected to show up for your assigned times
even if there are others already there. At least half of your group must be present 2-4pm.

People:
When your group arrives at 11am, please locate your table by the name taped to your
table. Tables may not be swapped or moved, assigned places are final. Please be fully
setup and changed into proper attire by 12pm.
At the end of the Expo to receive your expo points, your table must be neatly stacked
on the first floor by 6pm. Beside the tables will be a spot for you to place your poster
boards as well. Once this is done, you have someone sign-off that you have done so to get
credit.
