RELEASE AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
The Credit Union, identified below, and CU*Answers, Inc. (“CUA”) are parties to a Services
Agreement whereby CUA provides data processing, record keeping and other related services to Credit
Union. As part of these services, CUA provides the Credit Union with various reports, records and
compilation of Credit Union member information through electronic, secure, encrypted methods in
accord with NCUA regulations and governing law.
Credit Union has requested that CUA release certain Credit Union member information through paper
reports or unencrypted magnetic media. The information includes the following:
In consideration of Credit Union’s request for release of the information in an unencrypted method,
Credit Union agrees to release, indemnify and hold CUA harmless from any and all claims, causes of
action, administrative actions, damages, costs, including attorney fees, asserted by any Credit Union
member or third party arising from or relating to, directly or indirectly, the release and shipment by
CUA of the paper reports and/or unencrypted magnetic media identified above.
