across state. Synergy, political power, awareness, connections.
What do you want to get out of MOCAN meetings?
Regional updates, networking, ignite prevention, highlight success stories, guidance based.
More collaboration with work groups. Must set format.
What is the optimal number of education sessions during the MOCAN meetings?
Depends on what educational sessions are, not actual number. Make sure education goes
beyond knowledge base. Relate more to the different workgroups.

Provide recommendations for follow-up Livable Streets evaluation to
measure outcome: “Increased citizens’ advocacy efforts for Livable Streets
policy” We need to answer the question “What was done as a result of
attending a Livable Streets workshop?”
Suggestions received: What LS materials did you use? How does LS
advocacy link to other advocacy efforts?
Send to all participants/what follow up information do you need? Have you seen
other groups who have used the LS materials?

Healthcare: Parks Prescription, Child in Nature
