Some set very ambitious targets (more than 5% points). • Except for a few countries, the continuous monitoring of the PRSP indicators through PRSP Progress Reports is weak. Some countries change indicators, others do not provide updates. One of the reasons is the selection of the indicators that are not monitorable on an annual basis.
