 ICR – First time for the Population Census Scanning
of questionnaire is being done
(Certain considerations had to be observed as to the
type paper, accuracy of layout where margin boundary
was specified and type of pen used)

CHALLENGES
i.
With respondents wanting more privacy, the online
method of filling the forms was introduce.
ii. Gated communities in urban areas several attempts
were made by the enumerators to obtain results.
iii. The users need more and more qualified, timely and
easily to get statistics.
iv. Enlarging the means of data collection – using digital
records of administration and commerce.
