Products listed are for specification purposes only and equivalent brands products may be substituted, unless otherwise indicated. Alternate products should be a direct replacement or
equivalent of the product substituted and must meet all applicable codes and standards. Acceptance of alternate products that are equal or higher level of quality must be approved by
the Department Representative, before the product will be considered. Samples may be requested by the City for any alternate product offered.

other terms, if any, that are agreed to by the parties in writing.
3.
Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Quotation will have the meanings given to
them in the RFQ. Except as specifically modified by this Quotation, all terms, conditions,
representations, warranties and covenants as set out in the RFQ will remain in full force
and effect.
