Description
The scope of this project involves design and shop
drawings for new walkway, metal supply, metal
fabrication, transportation, onsite assembly,
foundation construction, and installation of new
walkway. Walkway steps should have hand rails
and anti-slip design. S1 is for a Steel Structure
protected to a 275g/m2 commercial galvanized
coating.
The scope of this project involves design and shop

TOTAL ESTIMATED QUOTATION PRICE:
Note #1: For the duration of this Contract, the Contractor agrees to reduce or increase the value of this Contract by a
sum equal to the number of units by which any part of the unit rate of work has been reduced or increased as determined
by the Engineer, multiplied by the unit price quoted above for each item covered by the Unit Price List. The Unit prices
listed apply to performing the Units of Work only during the time scheduled for such work in the project schedule.
Adjustment of estimated quantities during repairs will be conducted to remain within the available budget.

If this offer is accepted by the City, such offer and acceptance will create a contract as described in:

the specifications set out above and in Schedule A of the RFQ;

the General Terms and Conditions as set out in Schedule B of the RFQ;

this Quotation; and
(e)
other terms, if any, that are agreed to by the parties in writing.

Capitalized terms used and not defined in this Quotation will have the meanings given to them in the RFQ. Except as specifically
modified by this Quotation, all terms, conditions, representations, warranties and covenants as set out in the RFQ will remain in full
force and effect.

Workers’ Compensation Board coverage in good standing and further, if an “Owner Operator” is involved, personal
operator protection (P.O.P.) will be provided,

Insurance coverage for the amounts required in the General Terms and Conditions as a minimum, naming the City as

Standard Certificate") titled City of Surrey Certificate of Insurance Standard Form);
