Naziol S. Scott
Experience
Naziol is an associate in the firm’s Technology & Intellectual Property group. Her
approach identifies her client’s ultimate goal and accomplishes results in a most
reasonable and efficient method. Naziol advises clients on acquiring, registering,
maintaining, licensing and enforcing trademarks, copyrights and trade secrets. She
also consults and works on business and commercial litigation matters including pretrial motions, motions for summary judgments, and trial briefs.
Before joining Stoel Rives, Naziol was an attorney with Richards Brandt Miller Nelson
(2013-2015), a law clerk with Richards Brandt Miller Nelson (2012-2013), a legal intern
with Salt Lake Legal Defenders Association (2012-2013), a fellow at the Lassonde
Entrepreneur Institute (2012-2013) and a judicial extern for Chief Justice Christine

Naziol is the founding chair of the Emerging Legal Leaders Board of And Justice For
