W. Teague Orgeman Experience Teague Orgeman is an attorney and business litigator. He represents clients in complex commercial litigation cases in federal and state courts as well as arbitration proceedings. Representative clients include agribusiness, renewable energy and insurance companies. Teague has particular experience representing clients in breach of contract actions involving foundational documents and in actions related to the Uniform Commercial Code and business torts, such as fraudulent inducement, deceptive trade practices, trade secrets, business defamation, and tortious interference. In addition to his client work, Teague also performs significant pro bono work, including representing political asylum seekers in immigration proceedings.
