PEARS Training Part Three How To Create a Youth Program Activity On the home page click Evaluation and select Program Activity. On the top right side of the page click Add. On this page add in the information for the class that was taught. After adding information click create at the bottom of the page. A Program Activity has been created. Click SNAP-Ed Custom Data. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the Add button for SNAP-Ed Custom Data Add the closest appropriate answers for the class that was taught and click Create at the bottom of the page. Click Demographics. Fill in the demographics for your entire class as a group. At the bottom of the page click Back to Top. Click Mark as Completed. The Home Screen will now show your completed Youth Program Activity.
