Andrew T. Wojciechowski
Experience
Andrew Wojciechowski is an associate in the firm’s Litigation group and advises clients
in a variety of litigation matters. His experience includes drafting motions and case
briefs and conducting research. Prior to joining the firm, Andrew was a summer
associate with Stoel Rives (2013).
While in law school, Andrew was a judicial intern with the Honorable Ted Stewart for
the United States District Court, District of Utah (2013); a law clerk with the Violent
Crimes Section of the U.S. Attorney’s Office (2012-2014); an appellate clinic intern
with Zimmerman Jones Booher, LLC (2012); and a research intern with Kirton
McConkie (Summer 2010).
Prior to law school, Andrew was a business development intern with the Utah Science
Technology and Research (USTAR) initiative. He provided start-ups and inventors with

general competitor-product research, analysis of industry trends and market-entry
strategy.
