Robert D. Van Brocklin Experience Bob Van Brocklin is a partner and immediate past Managing Partner of the firm (20082015). Prior to becoming Firm Managing Partner, Bob chaired Stoel Rives' Land Use, Environmental, Natural Resource, and Real Estate practice group firm wide. He concentrates his practice in real estate and energy development, including on complex project siting and administrative law and policy matters. Bob has represented industrial, commercial, retail, public institutions, private colleges, mixed use, natural resource, and other clients in obtaining land use, environmental, facilities siting and other regulatory and administrative approvals. Bob has assisted clients in a wide range of governmental proceedings and negotiations in the Northwest and at the federal level.
