Martin K. Banks Experience Marty Banks is a partner of the environmental, land use and natural resource practice group at Stoel Rives. He advises clients in cost-effective regulatory compliance (including the Clean Water Act, Clean Air Act, RCRA, CERCLA and NEPA), in liability and enforcement issues arising out of environmental contamination, in permitting and disclosure strategies, in mining and energy development projects, in allocating environmental risks in real estate and business transactions, and in facilitating the transfer of air emission credits and water rights.
