It’s a business strategy and a set of applications which make possible and improve the financial and operative processes, both managerial and intermanagerial. "ERP II" is focused on deep knowledgements of industrial areas and relationships among enterprises, not only in the own enterprise processes. In the year 2005, "ERP II" systems will relieve "ERP" as the main tool to encourage the efficiency of both internal processes and intermanagerial ones.
