Paul Boyd is a partner of the firm focusing his practice on the representation of public
and private corporations, emerging companies and venture investors in business and
technology acquisitions, mergers, joint ventures, and venture capital financings and
other securities transactions. In its 2015 annual survey of America's best attorneys for
business, Chambers and Partners quoted sources as reporting that, "Paul is responsive
and highly efficient in the work that he does," adding that "he is very pragmatic and
experienced working with startup and growth companies." Paul's practice includes
advising a broad range of information technology concerns, including software,
