Experience
Susan Fine focuses her practice on a wide range of healthcare law and managed care
matters. She advises on regulatory compliance, risk management, Affordable Care
Act, ERISA, HIPAA, pharmacy, contracting and state and federal insurance laws. Susan
is uniquely positioned to understand the needs of her clients and brings nearly a
decade of industry experience to her clients having served as former in-house counsel
to a regional health insurance carrier in the Pacific Northwest.
During her time as in-house counsel, Susan advised on legal, regulatory and
transactional matters, as well as provided compliance training across multiple states.
Prior to that, she served as a health lawyer with multiple firms for over ten years.
Client service is paramount in her work. She strives to deliver timely, responsive, and
practical legal services that are tailored to the needs and challenges of her client's
