Mary P. Hull
Experience
Mary Hull is a partner in the firm's Corporate practice group and is Co-Chair of the
firm's Technology Ventures Group. She has a general corporate and securities law
practice with an emphasis on the representation of emerging-growth companies. Mary
regularly advises start-up and early-stage companies on general corporate governance
matters and equity compensation issues, and she has extensive experience in
representing these clients in venture capital and angel financings. Mary has
experience representing public and private companies in mergers and acquisitions,
divestitures, debt financing transactions and executive compensation matters. She
also has experience representing clients in the health care industry, including having
worked on dozens of affiliations between dental practices and companies that provide
business support to dental practices.
