John E. Glowney Experience John Glowney is a partner in the Trial group. John focuses his practice on commercial litigation, creditors' rights and real property litigation. He has acted as lead counsel in numerous bench and jury trials and arbitrations. John's commercial litigation and creditors' rights practice is concentrated on contract and business disputes, secured transactions and franchise disputes.
