Experience
John Glowney is a partner in the Trial group. John focuses his practice on commercial
litigation, creditors' rights and real property litigation. He has acted as lead counsel in
numerous bench and jury trials and arbitrations.
John's commercial litigation and creditors' rights practice is concentrated on contract
and business disputes, secured transactions and franchise disputes. He has
represented numerous banks and lenders in loan workouts, foreclosures, receiverships
and bankruptcies. John also has substantial experience in real property litigation,
including commercial landlord-tenant disputes, condemnation matters, purchase and
sale disputes, adverse possession claims, boundary disputes and quiet title actions.
