Experience
Gordon Tanner practices primarily in the areas of business counseling, general real
estate, commercial real estate leasing, secured lending, and commercial and financial
transactions, with an emphasis on the agribusiness industry. In addition to broad
experience in office, retail and industrial real estate leasing, joint ventures, sales,
acquisitions and related financings, he also has experience with secured transactions,
title insurance and community property. Gordon also is actively involved in the
application of technology to delivery of legal services.
Representative Work

Represented Versacold in connection with its acquisition of a portfolio of cold
storage warehouses from P&O Logistics, the company's subsequent sale to
Eimskip Holdings Inc. and the related acquisition financing, the subsequent sale

of an interest in Versacold to Yucaipa Companies, LLC, and the resulting real
estate portfolio loan transactions. Versacold is a global cold storage warehouse
and logistics company with over 4,100 employees at 72 locations in the United

plants located in Spokane, Washington and Fontana, California, and in the
relocation of its headquarters. Seattle-headquartered Darigold is the fourthlargest dairy cooperative in the United States based on milk volume, producing a
full line of dairy and whey products for wholesale, retail, grocery and food
service customers.


Represents Eddie Bauer in its ongoing real estate portfolio work, negotiated the
team that modified almost all of the leases in its real estate lease portfolio both

of the fruits and vegetables it uses in its canning operations. Del Monte is one of the country's largest and most well-known
producers, distributors and marketers of premium-quality branded food and pet products for the U.S. retail market.

Represents the Dovex family of companies, generally including its real estate, commercial and finance needs, and has done so
since its inception in 1982, most recently assisting Dovex in securing its long-term loan from the Prudential Insurance
Companies. Dovex is a leading provider of Northwest fruits and organic fruits to North America and markets around the world.

Serves as local Washington counsel for the Archon Group in connection with servicing its real estate portfolio in Washington.

Represents Philips Oral Healthcare in connection with its real estate matters pertaining to its headquarters and manufacturing
facility located in Snoqualmie, Washington. Philips Oral Healthcare is the manufacturer of the well-known Sonicare toothbrush.

Represented Parametric Portfolio Associates in the relocation of its headquarters in Seattle.

Represented The Cobalt Group Inc. in its consolidation and relocation of its headquarters to over 100,000 square feet at Seattle
Union Station in Seattle.

Represents Pacific Bioscience Labs Inc. in its ongoing real estate portfolio work, including both office and industrial real estate
needs. Pacific Bioscience Labs, is the manufacturer of the Clarisonic skin care products.
