Issue service request by: email, letter, fax or SAP System Proceed with analysis & investigation Engineering Manager receives the request and scans it. Section head of the specialized discipline recieves the request and scans it Issue the request to the discipline engineer Input the request in E&PM Tracking system Send the report to the client and make two copies for the Eng Library and engineer’s file What are E&PM Customers’ Observations?
