Brett Durbin Experience Brett Durbin is Of Counsel in the Tax group focusing on state and local tax matters. Brett regularly represents clients before the Washington State Department of Revenue, the Washington State Board of Tax Appeals, and in court in matters involving Washington excise and property taxes. Before joining the firm, Brett was the Assistant Attorney General for the Washington State Attorney General’s Office. He represented the Department of Revenue in the department’s assessment of state and local taxes and managed all phases of litigation throughout his eight year tenure. He brings this unique background and insight to his practice in order to better represent the needs of his clients.
