Justification for SMART classrooms
1) Currently student texts are extremely expensive. New, less expensive texts
are available at $35 per volume and come with an internet access to extensive
resources to round out the text. To make full use of the text format, a
SMART classroom is required.
2) Instructors who use the SMART classrooms are doing double preps
because not enough classrooms with the technology are available.
Documents are used extensively in history classrooms. This camera saves the
use of photo copies which are legion in this department!
Same justification as above
This lab would help us to conduct group activities using the myriad of
primary source documents currently available on the internet.
