Justification
Current online instructor has an old, very slow computer that has difficulty
completing the many required tasks of online instruction
Currently overheads for documents are frequently used in classroom
lecture/discussions. Smart classrooms are not equipped with the cameras.
Same as above
To teach students (1) about the myriad of primary source documents currently
available on the internet and how to use them , (2) conduct group activities
using computer materials and sources
