This is a very physical activity. Ask for participants to find a partner. There will need
to be two circles, one person on the inner circle and one on the outer circle. The
facilitator will ask each circle to rotate in different directions and when s/he says,
“Birdie on a Perch,” one member of the pair must find the other and hop on the other
person’s back (like a piggy back). The last pair to do this is out of that round. Game
continues until only one pair remain.
