Services: Community Integrated Living Arrangements (CILAs) provide a
homelike environment and 24-hour per day support for adults with
developmental disabilities. The CILA program promotes
independence in daily living, economic self-sufficiency and
integration into the community. TCRC operates the Arlington and
Parkway CILAs in Pekin, as well as the Bloomington Road,
Cottonwood, and Pleasant Hill CILAs in East Peoria. An average of
seven residents lives in each home.

Paratransit (CityLift)
CityLink paratransit service is a "safety net" for only those individuals who do not
have the functional capability to use the fixed-route system. Disability alone does
not qualify a person to ride the paratransit service under the Americans with
Disabilities Act.
