Equity Valuation and Analysis Project (Moore)
This is a formally binding agreement among you (the students) and between us (the student
group and the professor) to form a student led equity analysis team. It is the responsibility
of the group and its members to select a publicly traded, US registered corporation from the
list on my office door. This selection process is on a “first-come, first-served” selection basis.
Your group is choosing this company in order to prepare a comprehensive equity analysis
and valuation report. Meeting deadlines, allocating activities and resolving potential conflicts
are the sole responsibility of the group and its members. Initial groups must have five
members. No individual projects will be accepted. Return an email copy and a signed “hardcopy” of this form.
