Thank you again for your memorandum dated January 10 regarding the
plan to proceed with outreach activities in Newton County. I presented the
document to the Cabinet on January 12 and the group revisited the issue
today.
The Cabinet has reviewed the progress to date and approved the plan for
action throughout the remainder of the calendar year.
Thanks again, Bob, for all your effort to spearhead the activity in Newton
County. I will continue to interact with you and the deans regularly
regarding this outcome.
